Since 1985, Lorenz Messtechnik GmbH has been producing torque sensors in
many different designs. Lorenz torque cells are appreciated by a continuous
increasing number of customers not only because of their accuracy, but also
because of their variety and their dependability.
Rotating torque transducers with slip rings and rotating contact less torque transducers are produced; even static torque sensors can be found in our range of products.
A speed-/ angle- sensor , which is integrated in the torque dynamometer , is available for many rotating torque cells. Lorenz Messtechnik GmbH produces torque transducer with a final measurement range from 0.005 N·m up to 20000 N·m.
Since October 2003, torque meters can be calibrated from Lorenz Messtechnik GmbH in its own DKD calibration laboratory with a relative uncertainty of measurement of 1 x 10-4. Torque pick ups of Lorenz Messtechnik GmbH gain in importance in more and more application ranges, e. g. quality assurance of the automobile industry, monitoring of mounting processes, research and development.
